HOW DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS WORKS?

Choose the design service that suits your needs best & book the service.

Within 24-48 hours we will email you a form to complete via Client Portfolio to collect your content. All content is due at least 3 days day prior to your project start date reflected via Setmore.

Once your content is in, we work on the designs the week of your project start date and send them to you within the service duration listed in the product description.

On this review platform, you are able to leave your revisions/feedback directly on your designs so that we know exactly what to update for you.

Once you have approved all of the design mock-ups, we finalize all files and send them over to you.

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

The turnaround time for each service is listed in the details of the description.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

Once a design project has been booked, the client is responsible for all services fees. We don’t offer refunds.

There are no refunds on photoshoots, if the client does have to change a photo session date, it can be rescheduled.
